No 4G connection in car, no app connection

For the last 3 days I haven't had any connection to my U5 on my app. I noticed that there was also no 4G connection in my car.

Does anyone know how to fix this? And is this a problem for anyone else?

Have you tried to Reset the T-Box (Telecommunication Box)

Start the Car

Turn On Head Light

Turn On warninglights

Turn On and Off the Fog Light, for at least 4 Times. (The littl lever for the Foglight on the left lever must be triggered for at least 8 times, wait evereytime for about 1 Second.)

After that, the Connection ond the GPS should turn off. After about 30 Seconds the T-Box schould be restartet.

Aiways just sent a mail saying that their supplier has a network problem and that they hope the problem will be fixed soon. I have my fingers crossed!
