I am new here and sorry if I am going to repeat anyone else's questions but, can you help me with my 2024 Aiways U5 please? System version 1.9.2 and stopped working carplay either with dongle and iPhone.

P.S.: I know no one talks about this but can you send me message on how can I access root or something on Infotainment so I can try to solve lot's of stuff? Aiways never reply and I have the same problems for more than a year
